The setting was great, not far from the Woodlands. The room was comfy, stylish and I loved it.

The staff were very pleasant, and the free parking was available. The beds were nice and each clean room had a safe, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea makers.

We greatly enjoyed spending 1 night here. The rooms were cool and comfy with private bathrooms. The hotel's location was comfortable, so close to the Woodlands. Café Another Broken Egg Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The location is magnificent and great, at a moderate distance from Portofino Shopping Center...

Magnificent and marvellous location not far from the Woodlands, I felt safe. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Shenandoah.

I loved the modern decor, clean and chic atmosphere, and pet-friendly policy. The bar and pool table gave it a cool vibe, and the staff was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The upgraded room had a nice mini fridge, walk-in shower, and comfy bed. The lobby area was also really nice.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel has an eye-catching modern decor and great amenities, such as a bar, pool table, and Bluetooth speakers in the rooms. The location is convenient, with a smooth access to the highway, a mall and great dining options nearby. The staff is accommodating and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. The upgraded rooms offer comfortable beds and nicely equipped bathrooms.

One downside is the loud air conditioning that can be disturbing during the night.

Great location, easy highway access, and awesome staff. Parking was effortless. The lobby and loft style room were chic and inviting. And the absence of daily room service allowed me to relax and sleep in.

Housekeeping did not refresh the room every day, which became inconvenient for requesting fresh towels and bedding. The bed was too firm for my comfort level and the air conditioning was noisy.

I had such a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The facilities were modern and well-kept, with a fantastic lounge area that was perfect for relaxing. The location was also great, with plenty of parking and transportation options nearby.

Everything is what I need and want.
